Our recruitment process
A rigorous selection process is used to find our Carers. Each staff must undergo an upgraded police check (DBS) and be required to give references from prior employers.
Staff will have received or be receiving mandatory care training, and some may be diploma qualified or NVQ in Health and Social Care before they can be able to provide care services to our clients.
